GRAPHIC LABELS

The company is equipped with rotary offset and phlexographic printing machines for Graphic Labels, besides the die-cutting machines, capable of printing up to 4 plain colours on the cover face and 4 at the back face (reverse) plus photocromes, together with state of the art 4 colour offset printing machines for printing paper and Bristol board labels.
Combined with the pre press process, our Graphic Unit is equipped with a lab for developing films and for the production of sheets for offset printing.

Thanks to its bonding strength the outstanding virtue of this fabric is its offset printing capacity which reproduces photocromes with the same printing quality as paper.

Even though it is a woven fabric, printing point has no deformation, and colours remain unchangeable.

Using this fabric together with offset technology we are able to produce all mattress labels that were previously imported by our customers from U.S.A. and Europe.
