PRINTED LABELS

The company is equipped with an important rotary printing machine for Printed Labels which produces special fasprint labels available in 8 colours on the cover surface, and 2 at the back, combining our production line with high technology for Hot Stamping and UV, and for the previous process, a lab where film developing is accomplished together with polymers for rotary printing machines.

HOT STAMPING

Hot Stamping is the process through which foil is transmitted to the base substrate through a stamp or printing plate (clise), to which a special temperature is applied.

The plate is made of magnesium, and is confectioned starting from an original, then passing on to a matte film, emulsified material is copied and further engraved.

Foil used can have a metallic, satin, glossy or matte finish, and is also available in different colours: gold, silver, copper, blue, red, white, black, etc.

We also provide holographic hot stamping foils, used for security reasons to avoid falsifications.

Stamping is available for different types of paper, from Bristol Board to special papers.

Generally used for pendings (headers), cases, fasprint for mattresses and satin ribbons.
